What Tijarna is

Tijarna is a Kuwait-focused seller-page and storefront system for Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok shops. We help sellers organize products, prices, orders, invoices/order summaries, policies, complaints, returns, records, and payment instructions in one clear link.

What Tijarna is not

• Tijarna is not a government entity.
• Tijarna is not affiliated with MOCI or any government authority.
• Tijarna does not provide legal advice.
• Tijarna does not guarantee legal compliance.
• Tijarna does not process or hold seller customer payments.
• Tijarna is not a marketplace and does not become the seller of the merchant’s products.

How payments work

Tijarna collects setup, monthly subscription, and add-on fees for Tijarna services only. Seller customer payments go directly to the seller through the seller’s own Tap, MyFatoorah, WAMD, bank transfer, cash, or other payment instructions. Tijarna may display or organize those instructions, but does not hold seller funds.

How policies work

Policy text shown on a seller page is provided by the seller, generated from the seller’s answers, or approved by the seller before publishing. Tijarna may help format policy text, but it is not legal advice unless a separate lawyer-reviewed add-on is explicitly purchased and confirmed.

How complaints and returns work

Tijarna records complaint, return, exchange, and refund requests so the seller can review and respond. The seller remains responsible for the resolution, replacement, refund, or follow-up with the customer.

Data and security

We collect only the information needed to run the seller page, order flow, readiness check, admin operations, and support. Access to merchant and customer records is restricted, and public users cannot browse private order, complaint, lead, or billing records.
