Prohibited uses

• Illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, misleading, or prohibited products or services.
• Products or services requiring special licensing unless the seller has the required rights and approvals.
• False store information, fake prices, fake availability, or misleading payment instructions.
• Collecting civil IDs, card details, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information through public forms.
• Uploading malware, scripts, harmful files, or content that violates rights.
• Harassment, spam, scraping, mass messaging, fraud, or attempts to bypass security.
• Using Tijarna to claim or imply government approval, MOCI approval, legal compliance certification, or legal protection from fines.
• Using Tijarna as a payment processor or to process or hold seller customer payments.

Enforcement

Tijarna may remove content, disable a page, suspend access, refuse service, or contact the seller if we believe this policy is being violated.
