Tijarna is not a government entity, is not affiliated with MOCI or any Kuwait government authority, and does not issue government approvals, licenses, certificates, or compliance confirmations.
No compliance guarantee
Tijarna helps sellers organize information, products, prices, policies, invoices/order summaries, complaints, returns, records, and payment instructions. This does not guarantee that a seller complies with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, sector-specific rules, consumer-protection rules, tax/accounting obligations, advertising rules, or payment-provider requirements.
Seller responsibility
The seller remains responsible for the accuracy of store information, product details, prices, availability, delivery rules, return/exchange/refund rules, payment instructions, customer service, complaint handling, and any legal or regulatory obligations that apply to the seller’s business.
Payments
Tijarna does not process or hold seller customer payments. Seller customer payments go directly to the seller. Tijarna only collects Tijarna setup, subscription, and add-on fees for Tijarna services.
Readiness checker
The readiness check is a business-readiness tool, not a legal compliance score or government certificate. The score helps identify operational gaps such as missing product details, policies, invoices/order summaries, complaint flow, payment instructions, and records.
Templates and policies
Policy templates or drafted policy text must be reviewed and approved by the seller before publishing. Sellers should obtain independent legal advice from a Kuwait-qualified lawyer if they need legal certainty or sector-specific advice.
Updates
Digital commerce, consumer protection, data, payment, and advertising rules may change. Tijarna may update its wording, templates, product features, and disclaimers over time.
